Pick your phone
Filter by brand first, then pick the model — iPhone 15, Galaxy S25, Z Fold, whatever you're after. Each listing states the storage, the colour and the condition grade, so there are no surprises on delivery.
Buy certified pre-owned iPhones and Samsung Galaxy phones in South Africa — IMEI-checked, tested on 30 points and backed by a 6-month warranty. Shipped with Aramex, at your door in about three weeks.
Every unit sourced after you order, then tested on 30 points before it ships. No surprises.
Nothing matches that. Try another filter.

Pay by rand transfer into our Nedbank collection account, memo XTFC00105197ZAR — RTC, RTGS, Instant EFT and manual EFT all work. No card fee, no surcharge: the price you see is the price you pay. The account takes rand only, so a foreign-currency transfer is returned by the bank. Prefer to talk it through first? Arrange the payment on WhatsApp.
We dispatch 3–5 working days after payment clears, then Aramex moves it in about 15 days — tracked the whole way. Unbox it, check the handset matches the grade on your invoice, and keep that invoice — that's your warranty reference.
Screen, cameras, speakers, charging, sensors, buttons — all tested and logged before listing.
Every device is checked against blacklists so it can't be reported stolen and locked on you.
Covers hardware faults, battery below 80% and workmanship. Repairs or replacement, your call.
Previous owner's data is securely erased and certified before the device reaches you.
A new iPhone 17 Pro Max costs around R30,699 at retail. The same phone, a generation or two older and in Grade A condition, does the same job for a fraction of that — which is the whole reason the second-hand market in South Africa is as big as it is. The gamble is what you don't know: whether the IMEI is clean, whether the screen has been swapped, whether the battery has been through three owners.
We close that gap three ways. Every handset is checked against the blacklist before it is listed, so it cannot be reported stolen and locked while you own it. Every unit goes through a 30-point bench test — screen, cameras, speakers, charging, sensors, buttons — and anything that fails is repaired or not listed at all. And every phone carries a 6-month warranty that covers hardware faults and a battery dropping below 80%, whether you are in Sandton or Springbok.
A clean screen with no cracks, no dead pixels and no burn-in. Every function working. Only light signs of use on the frame — the kind you have to tilt into the light to find. No dents, no bent chassis, no third-party screen. If a unit does not meet that bar it does not reach the shelf, which is why you will sometimes see a model sell out rather than a cheaper "Grade B" appear next to it.
If you want the longest software life, go for the newest generation you can afford — an iPhone 17 or Galaxy S26 will keep receiving updates for years. If value matters more than the badge, an iPhone 13 or Galaxy S23 is still a fast phone in 2026 and costs roughly a third of new. Photography-first buyers should look at the Pro and Ultra models: the periscope zoom and larger sensors are the one thing that does not age out. Students and second-phone buyers tend to land on the 128GB models, since cloud storage makes 256GB less urgent than it used to be.
Pay by bank transfer into our Nedbank collection account, or arrange it on WhatsApp. Nothing is charged until you confirm at checkout, and every order gets an order number to quote. We dispatch 3–5 working days after payment clears, then Aramex carries it for about 15 days with tracking; the number appears in My orders the moment the parcel leaves us. Full delivery and warranty answers are in the FAQ.
Every review is tied to an order number, and we don't write them ourselves. Yours can be the first.
Yes. Every unit is a genuine Apple or Samsung device with an original board and IMEI. We do not sell clones, "super copies" or network-locked imports.
Every handset is cleaned, tested on 30 points and graded before it ships, and the grade is printed on the product page. Grade A is our standard: a clean screen with no cracks or dead spots, every function working, and only tiny signs of use on the frame that you'd have to go looking for. If a phone doesn't make that grade, we don't list it.
We source each phone after you order, so no listing can promise an exact health figure for a unit that isn't bought yet. What we do promise: every battery is tested on the bench before dispatch, and a battery that reads below 80% is replaced before the phone goes out. The measured health of your specific unit is written on the invoice that ships with it, and the 6-month warranty covers the battery dropping below 80%.
Yes. All devices are network-unlocked and support South African LTE and 5G bands. We test with a local SIM before dispatch.
Every handset carries a 6-month warranty from the day you sign for it. It covers hardware failure that isn't your fault — it stops charging, the screen stops responding, the camera or speaker dies, the board gives up — and a battery that drops below 80% health inside the window.
When a fault is covered, you choose the outcome: repair it, swap it for the same model, or a full refund if we can do neither. We pay the courier both ways, and we give you the outcome within 10 business days of the phone reaching us.
What it does not cover: accidental damage (a cracked screen, a bent frame), liquid damage, a phone opened or repaired by someone else, normal wear like scuffs and fading, software you loaded yourself, and the cables and chargers we included. If the fault turns out not to be covered, we still quote you the repair first and do nothing without your say-so.
Don't post a phone back before we've arranged it — a parcel with no claim attached sits unclaimed. Everything above is set out in full on our returns & warranty page.
Yes — within 7 days of delivery, unused and as it arrived. That's the cooling-off right in section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. You get a full refund of what you paid for the phone; the return courier is on you.
Separately: if it's dead on arrival or not what you ordered — it won't switch on, won't hold a charge, has a fault we didn't describe, or is the wrong model, capacity or colour — tell us within 14 days and we carry the whole cost. Your pick of a full refund including your original delivery fee, a replacement, or a repair.
One more, with no time limit on it: if the IMEI is ever blacklisted on a South African network, that's on us entirely — a full refund including return shipping, no questions and no inspection fee.
Listed prices exclude import duties. In most cases nothing is added — but if a parcel does attract a charge at the border, we tell you the amount before dispatch so you never get a surprise invoice from the courier.
Pay into our collection account below, in rand only. Two things matter more than anything else: the memo must read XTFC00105197ZAR exactly, and you must send us the proof with your order number on WhatsApp so we can allocate it the same day.
Bank address: 135 Rivonia Road, Sandown, 2196, South Africa — only needed if your bank asks for it. The account name reads FINCRA TECHNOLOGIES LTD XT because collections run through our payment provider; that is expected and not a red flag. Put your order number (PX-…) in your bank's second “own reference” field if it has one, and always in the WhatsApp message. RTC, RTGS, Instant EFT and manual EFT all land fine; cash deposits and cheques do not. Rand only — this account cannot receive USD or any other currency, and a foreign-currency transfer is simply returned by the bank, which delays your order by a week.
Bank transfer (EFT) in rand is the main one — pay from your banking app into our Nedbank collection account, using the memo shown at checkout. RTC, RTGS, Instant EFT and manual EFT all land fine; cash deposits and cheques do not. If you would rather talk it through first, choose “Arrange on WhatsApp” at checkout and a consultant confirms stock and sends the payment details.
Our collection account takes rand only — a dollar or euro transfer is returned by the bank, which delays your order. If you have a rand-capable account or a South African payer, an EFT in ZAR is the cleanest route: memo XTFC00105197ZAR and your order number on WhatsApp. If you don't, message us on WhatsApp and we will work out an arrangement with you before you order. Nothing ships until the money reflects, and we send the invoice with the IMEI before dispatch.
No. The rand total at checkout is the amount you pay — no card surcharge, no hidden processing fee, no second currency conversion. Courier is free over R1 500 and R99 below that. The only thing not included is import duty, if SARS raises any on entry — that is charged by the border, not by us.
Your phone leaves us 3–5 working days after payment clears — that's the 30-point check, the data wipe and packing. Aramex then needs about 15 days in transit, so allow roughly three weeks from payment to doorstep. Main centres (Joburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria) usually land at the quicker end; outlying areas and small towns can add 2–3 days.
Every order ships with Aramex. The moment it leaves us you get the tracking number in “My orders”, and you can paste it into the Aramex tracking page from there. A parcel holds a maximum of 3 phones, so bigger orders travel as several parcels with a tracking number each — they can land a day or two apart.
Yes — Aramex delivers nationwide to any street address, and we can send to a PostNet or Aramex collection point if that suits you better. Outlying areas add 2–3 days on top of the usual 15-day transit.
